How to Adapt Traditional Scheduling with Spedsta’s Print-Friendly Features

Hello, welcome to this SPEDSTA video where we’ll talk about how to send driver calendars directly to a driver or print them out and hand them to them. Click HERE for a video walk through.

First, go to your main dashboard. You’ll see an option to select all drivers and export their schedules by pressing the export button. This will create a spreadsheet with all the rides for the given time. If you want to filter for specific drivers, you can do so and then send this filtered spreadsheet to them.

However, a more organized way to send driver schedules is to use the Print PDF function. Select the driver you want to send the schedules to, for example, driver George. Then go to Print PDF. Here, you have two options: you can send the PDF directly to the driver via email with any additional text you want to include, or you can print the PDF and hand it to them.

To see how the PDF looks, you can choose to print the dashboard and not send the email. This generates a PDF of the schedule, which you can print or send as an email attachment. You also have the option to print the PDF in landscape mode if that format is preferred by your drivers.

In summary, there are three ways to print out driver calendar schedules: export to a spreadsheet, use the Print PDF function to email directly, or print locally and send the attachment or hand it out.

Use these methods to streamline your scheduling process and gain respect from your management and community. Thank you.
