In this tutorial we’ll guide you through our passenger login and the features available to you within our community platform. Once you log in using the credentials set by your ride community, usually your email and a password provided by us, you’ll land on the main dashboard. Here, if you need to reset your password for any reason, simply navigate to settings, select ‘Change Password,’ and follow the prompt to receive a reset link via email. On your dashboard, you’ll see various rides you can book, modify, or manage according to your needs. We’ve made it easier for you to add favorite locations. Just click on ‘Favorite Locations,’ input your frequently visited addresses, and save them for quicker access in the future.

Adjusting your profile details is straightforward. You can update your contact information, vehicle details, and even upload necessary documents like your driver’s license and insurance information, which your dispatcher will verify.

Furthermore, the platform enables you to set notifications to stay informed about your ride statuses. If your community has enabled payments, you can securely enter your payment details for ride transactions.

Remember, the majority of your interaction with our system will be through this dashboard. You can modify ride details, communicate changes to your dispatcher or driver, and even cancel rides if necessary.
