Utilizing Digital Records for Enhanced Vehicle and Driver Management on Spedsta

Hello, in this training video, we’re going to discuss SPEDSTA’s ride log feature for drivers and dispatchers. This tool is essential for managing daily logs and ensuring accurate records. At the start of a shift, the driver selects a vehicle, gets their ride manifest, and performs a vehicle inspection. They then enter their dashboard, go to admin tools, and select ride logs. To add a new log, the driver clicks to create a new entry, inputs the start and end time, vehicle used, and other details like starting mileage and fuel levels. Throughout the day, the driver can edit the log with updated mileage and fuel information. At the end of the shift, the driver finalizes the log with the ending mileage and submits it.

Admins can view these logs through their dashboard, seeing all entries for a given period and driver. While admins can view the logs, only drivers can edit them, ensuring data integrity.
