Maximizing the Efficiency of Your Ride Scheduling with Spedsta’s Smart Search

Hello, in this video, I’ll show you how to efficiently use SPEDSTA’s smart search address functionality for assigning rides. Click HERE for a video walkthrough.

First, assign the passenger, such as SP Boop. You’ll then see a list of favorite locations. You can quickly search for a specific address, like “U OFW building,” and it will appear immediately. Alternatively, if you know the address, you can type it directly, for example, “8766 Never Drive,” to locate it quickly.

Another way to find an address is by clicking on the map. This is useful if the passenger needs to be picked up at a specific spot that doesn’t have a formal address, like a street corner. Simply click on the map to set the pick-up location.

Using these methods—searching by name, entering the address, or selecting a location on the map—makes assigning rides more efficient and accurate. This ensures that your dispatch process is smooth and reliable.

Make sure to utilize SPEDSTA’s smart search address functionality to streamline your operations. Your management and community will appreciate the attention to detail and efficiency this feature brings.
