You can assign specific times for dispatchers, such as from nine to twelve for one dispatcher and twelve to four for another, directly through their accounts. This ensures calls are seamlessly transferred to their home or mobile numbers, maintaining a professional service experience for your passengers.

Moreover, our system supports extensions, allowing calls to be directed to the appropriate person immediately. For after-hours service, calls can be set to go directly to voicemail, ensuring that no critical information is missed. Voicemails are transcribed and sent via email to both the dispatcher on duty and the administrator, along with an MP3 of the original message.
