Customizing Ride Payout and Payment Profiles with Spedsta

In this tutorial, I’ll explain how to set up a rate profile for drivers in your community. This profile determines how drivers are paid, from simple per-mile rates to complex ones based on time, geography, and distance. You can create a global profile or set one for specific drivers for precise payout control. Click HERE for a video walk through.

To set up a rate profile, go to Admin Tools, then Account Settings, and select Ride Pricing. You can create a profile applicable to all drivers or specific ones. Define details like per-mile charges, pickup fees, and minimum charges. You can also set rates based on distance, time of day, or specific areas.

For payouts, go to Admin Tools and select Driver Ride History. Choose a time frame to see completed rides and the associated payouts. You can view details for each ride and update or change the rate profile if needed. After selecting rides for payout, save the changes and optionally send an email summary to the driver.

Automated payouts to drivers’ accounts can also be set up through our backend service.

Using these features will ensure accurate driver payouts and enhance your management process. Explore these tools to improve your operations.
