Implementing Spedsta’s Digital Signature Feature for Seamless Operations
Hello, in this video, I’ll explain how to capture relevant information when a ride ends, whether by a passenger or a driver. You can see the main dashboard here, which looks similar for both drivers and dispatchers. Click HERE for a video walk through.
At the end of the ride, click on the “End Ride” button. This feature is customizable, allowing you to capture any relevant data for that ride, such as comments, wait times, and payment details. You can even capture a digital signature; for example, Betty can sign using her finger, and this signature will be saved for future analysis and reporting.
Another useful feature of the “End Ride” function is for managing multiple vehicles. You can assign rides to specific vehicles and have drivers select their names from a dropdown menu. This helps in tracking which driver was assigned to which vehicle.
To summarize, the “End Ride” functionality in SPEDSTA allows for detailed ride information capture, including digital signatures and driver assignments, ensuring thorough record-keeping. This feature helps maintain accuracy and accountability in your transportation service.
Make sure to use SPEDSTA’s “End Ride” feature to streamline your operations and gain respect from your management and community. Thank you.
