How to Efficiently Manage Passenger Information with Spedsta

Hello! In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to add or edit a passenger profile in your SPEDSTA account. First, go to the main menu, click on Admin Tools, and select Passenger Add/Edit. You have two options: edit existing passengers or add a new one. Click HERE for a video walkthrough.

To add a new passenger, click on Add Passenger. Enter the first name, last name, and an email if available. While the email is optional, it is useful for accessing ride logs and modifying rides. After entering the information, click Create Account.

Once created, you’ll be able to see and edit fields like first name, last name, home address, mobile phone, and home phone. Filling out the home address and at least one phone number is crucial before booking rides.

Additional details include adding emergency contacts, mobility aids, and associating the passenger with a partner organization, such as a medical clinic. You can also set favorite locations, which help drivers easily identify common destinations.

For payment settings, you can enter credit card information if you opt for the payment backend system. This allows automatic ride payments.

Remember to update and save any changes by clicking Submit Edits.
