How to Efficiently Manage Driver, Vehicle, and Passenger Information with Spedsta
Hello, in this tutorial, I’ll show you how to add or edit a driver profile in your SPEDSTA account. Start by navigating to the admin dashboard. Go to “my SPEDSTA” under “Admin Tools” and select “Driver Add/Edit.” Click HERE for a video walk through.
To add a driver, fill in the first name, last name, email, and password. These fields are optional, but an address and one phone number are required. Fill out additional details like email, phone numbers, date of birth, and emergency contact. You can also enter car data such as year, make, model, seats, license plate number, and vehicle accessibility information. Click “Submit Edits” to save.
Optional fields include uploading the driver’s license and insurance information. You can also change login and password details and set permissions. If you have driver licenses and insurance details, you can input the number, expiry date, and status. Both licenses and insurance have notifications that alert the admin seven days before expiry.
