Enhancing Driver Experience with Spedsta’s Mobile Interface
In this tutorial, I’m excited to introduce you to the driver-focused tools and features available on Spedsta’s dashboard. Once you log in with your credentials, which your dispatcher provides, you’ll find yourself on the main dashboard screen. It’s here where you can manage nearly every aspect of your driving assignments with ease. Click HERE for a video walk through.
If you ever need to reset your password, it’s simple. Just navigate to settings, select ‘Change Password,’ and follow the prompts to receive a reset link via email. This dashboard isn’t just about ride management; it also allows you to customize how and when you receive notifications about new rides—whether that’s immediately or through a daily digest.
Your profile is also customizable from this platform. You can update personal details like your email, phone number, vehicle information, and even upload necessary documents like your driver’s license and insurance. Your dispatcher will review and approve these uploads, ensuring everything is up-to-date.
Most of your activity, however, will revolve around the ‘Rides Upcoming’ tool. This part of the dashboard gives a comprehensive view of all available rides, color-coded for easy navigation. You can view detailed information about each ride, confirm assignments, and once confirmed, manage ride details including pickup and drop-off specifics.
Communication is straightforward and integrated. Whether it’s sending updates via email, SMS, or voice message, or adjusting ride times and details—everything is at your fingertips. This ensures you’re always in sync with both the dispatcher and passengers, enhancing reliability and efficiency.
Explore these tools to make your driving experience with Spedsta not only easier but more productive.
