Recently saw a 2-year old walking by using an imaginary map and happily chatting on her toy mobile phone.This generation is growing up with location awareness and will never believe that other people will not know where they are. Most Gen Y/Millennials have already changed the definition of where privacy starts and are 2 times more likely than other generations to use headphones to achieve privacy (as opposed to offices or cubicles). Laws are also being stretched from the concept of privacy being restricted to the home to now where the mobile phone is considered the boundary of privacy. Where this ends could be shocking, but whatever we thought of as privacy before has changed.
